Preparation and help

Install qp on macOS or Windows first. Download and import the configuration after activation. Setup, connection checks, rehearsal and interruptions count toward the 24 hours. Restarting does not extend it. Download configuration before activation. Explicitly start using it in My tickets. Free: up to 20 concurrent audience connections, fixed 24 hours after activation. After importing, start Audience Live to check the connection and show attendees the QR code. A refused connection does not necessarily mean an old room exists. Check account status. PDF playback remains independent.

Mail is accepted anytime. Replies follow when available, without immediate service or a guaranteed response deadline.

Include the support reference, incident time and time zone, OS/browser, and the short displayed error. If a purchase outcome is unknown, check your account rather than buying again.

Mailbox loss, email changes, credential leaks and post-activation refunds require individual review. Ownership is not transferred automatically; tickets are not revived and expiry is not extended. An inquiry email alone does not verify ownership.

Stripe handles monetary receipts. Service status notifications are not receipts.
